Bio: I am a writer, healer, artist, teacher, cacaoista, and coach. I am a multi-creative with many healing approaches to creativity, body, mind and spirit.

I have been studying the creative process for over twenty years. I have also studied music, improv and dance.

Creativity Coaching is hugely discounted because I am newly beginning.

I write every day have filled over 150 notebooks with journaling and creative writing. I found that I not only love creating, but also love giving myself the free daily therapy that writing provides. I have been published in number of literary magazines including Paragraph, Seeing the Snow, Peninsula Poets, Harpy Hybrid Review, and Open Minds Quarterly.

I have studied many art forms including watercolor, drawing, mixed media, art journaling, photography, Photoshop,  Pan Pastel, Gelli Plate Printing,  and more.

My art journal was published in Art Journaling magazine.

I teach both writing and art classes. I have found that teaching art combines my love of creativity with my love of healing. I have taught journaling, art journaling, The Artist's Way, Write for Life, adult coloring book play, Gelli Plate Printing, Collage, Nature Jouranling and more. I also teach individually

I have a Masters degree of Occupational Therapy from Easter Michigan University and I am a graduate of Health Enrichment Center’s school of therapeutic massage where I also studied additional advanced therapeutic massage. I do many kinds of energy work including Chakra Balancing, CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Medicine and Access Consciousness Bars.

I am trained a Cacaoista, I lead tea & cacao ceremonies with beverage of choice.

I intend to heal with every aspect of what I do. Including sharing different kinds of energy work.
